PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Leanne Bateman is the founder and principal consultant at Beacon Strategy Group. She has over 25 years of project management experience managing numerous projects across various industries in New England and New York.
She is also working toward her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Leanne is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Information Professional (CIP), a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
She will complete requirements for her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification in 2025.
Leanne also served as the Academic Chair and faculty of the graduate level Project & Program Management program at Brandeis University for 14 years.
Leanne is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Scrum Alliance and the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
